Paul and Ginger Conti

Ho, Ho, Ho, tis the season to Give Back to your favorite charity, just like Paul Conti, a REBSEA Realtor from  San Jose, California.  Paul has been playing Santa for 45 years in the San Jose and Morgan Hill area. During the holidays Paul will bring gifts to under privileged children and on Christmas Eve you will find Paul (aka Santa) visiting rest homes and senior homes to share the joy and raise people’s spirits. If you see a Santa going down the highway on a Harley, more than likely it’s Paul. He also loves helping at his church and finding people who need a kind word or words of wisdom. He lives by the motto: “We are one person in the world, but we can be the world to one person!”

Paul and his wife Ginger have spent many hours helping others in many ways. They’ve worked with many nonprofit organizations to help grow awareness and offer support. They started with Easter Seals, then onto Teen Challenge, Angel Tree, Children’s Miracle network, to name a few.

Paul and Ginger recently celebrated 48 years of marriage. They have four children and five grand children. Paul started in the Real Estate industry in 1977. Ginger started home staging in 1996 and joined Paul to enhance the business. Back then, home staging was an untapped market and Ginger was one of the early adopters. She and her team would stage the homes for free and in return they would list their home with Paul. It was a win-win. After years of staging homes, Ginger wrote a book on home staging and many home stagers today have started home staging businesses because of Ginger’s book.    

           

Paul’s knowledge of the area is one of his greatest assets and throughout his 38 years of business he has developed a natural love for homes and helping people.
